Refund Policy

Refunds, and Cancellations


  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items: We only accept returns for products that are delivered to you in a damaged condition or if you have received the wrong product.
  2. Notification: You must contact us at vasanthvtech@gmail.com within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the item, providing your order number and clear photographic proof (or an unboxing video) of the damage or incorrect item.
  3. Custom 3D Prints: Items that are custom-made or personalized (such as custom 3D prints) are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged.
  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
